electronic signatures consist of proper verification of the identity of a person,
verification of personal details with Home Affairs, verification of residential address as
well as a FICA based platform with documentary proof of verification information and

Communications and Transactions Act as well as the Financial Intelligence Centre Act. Our

Electronically Singing of Documents & Data
Our service is applicable to any legal binding document that needs to
be signed, i.e. business letters, quotations, delivery notes, tenders, financial
statements, approval of documents, etc. The user prepares the document on his own PC,
prints the document to PDF format (PDF conversion and reader software is available free of
charge), login and uploads the document to our platform and then by means of a couple of
easy steps may attach his electronic signature to the document. We also provide the
facility for signing and sharing any type of data through our platform. Signing of data is
especially handy when sharing data in non-document format between parties, i.e. XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) data files.

audit trail log on any document by the click of a button. This audit trail log can be
utilised in evidence in a Court of Law an will carry the required evidential weight.

Secure Offsite Data
Backup Facility
We offer a cost effective offsite data backup facility under full
control of the user. The user may structure the storing of his data as per his individual
requirements. The user is allowed to upload a full folder structure with all included
files onto the backup section of our platform. The same security processes are utilised
and all data is encrypted and uploaded over a secure line. The user has full control over
access or restrictions of access to his data.
